Sampling typically takes 7-14 days. For mass production, our standard delivery time is 7-10 days for brand stock and 45-55 days for ODM/OEM orders.
Q What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, PayPal, and Western Union.
Q How do you guarantee product quality and warranty?
We guarantee that all received products are qualified. In the event of any broken parts, please provide detailed photos via email, and we will send replacements according to the actual conditions.
Q Are your materials environmentally friendly and certified?
Yes, we use professional and certified materials. We conduct monthly batch paint testing via SGS and maintain our own product safety labs. We also comply with FSC regulations for sustainable and eco-friendly production.
Q How do you protect a client's intellectual property?
We sign NDAs to protect your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to other parties. For large-scale orders, we can also sign exclusivity agreements.
